OUR STORY
VIDA Business Services was born out of the idea that solopreneurs and small business owners need reinforcements - maybe now more than ever.
As the founder of VIDA Coworking in Portland, OR, we see firsthand how career-minded individuals need an extra pair of hands (or two!). There are housekeeping tasks they loathe (AKA data entry, invoicing, meal planning...). There are other initiatives that require an expert’s guidance (AKA a business plan, web design, financial projections...). So, we put together a team of virtual assistants who are experienced in all the tasks you need to check off that to-do list.

Virtual Assistant Cost
VIDA’s virtual assistant costs vary depending on the service or project at hand. Since we cater to smaller business operations, we know budgets are limited. Our affordable solutions are fully customized to your needs and goals.
Administrative and personal concierge services start at $99/month for 3 hours of support. Those 3 hours can be applied toward any services. Additional hours are billed at $30/hour.
Larger projects, including consulting, business development, marketing and branding, are typically charged hourly or as a flat rate. To receive a personalized quote, please contact us for a complimentary consultation.

Melanie is a longtime entrepreneur with a passion for helping people reach their personal and professional goals. As a working single mom, Melanie searched for innovative, impactful ways to get the most out of each day. VIDA stemmed from her desire to bring those same opportunities to others.
In addition to VIDA Business Services, Melanie is the founder of VIDA Coworking, VIDA Coaching Services. and VIDA SCHOOL This family of operations are all specifically designed to propel ambitious entrepreneurs forward in life and in business. Melanie leads the consulting projects team for VIDA Business Services and enjoys hiking, nonfiction books and a detailed To Do list.
Kaitlyn is a native of the Pacific Northwest and has had a long and varied career in both Portland and Los Angeles. From her roots in the entertainment and music industries to serving as Executive Assistant to leading entrepreneurs, Kaitlyn's passion lies within helping others to achieve their visions and get things done.
Kaitlyn joined the VIDA team with the opening of VIDA Coworking, and currently serves as lead of the VIDA Business Services Success Team, working on a range of administrative projects. She is a proud wife and mom and enjoys teaching yoga, acting in local theatre. and tending to her chickens and gardens.
To her core, Caitlin is a dedicated organizer and loves creating beauty and ease from chaos. From her many years working in early childhood education, including at VIDA SCHOOL, Caitlin has developed extreme patience and a comforting temperament and has a knack for simplifying even the most sticky concepts and projects.
She puts this to work for VIDA Business Services clients by assisting with streamlining processes, organizing online storage and platforms, in-depth internet research and developing content for online marketing. Caitlin enjoys playing chess, developing science projects and weekend getaways with her partner of ten years.
